The installation process at the beginning was smooth, and when I encountered a problem five years later, Josh was incredibly helpful. His team came out to resolve the issue for free, thanks to the warranty. Their ongoing communication and customer service have been exceptional.
Josh from Berkhof’s was very timely and professional. I emailed on a Saturday he called that Monday and inspected/quoted that same week. Everything we had agreed to was done extremely well and efficiently! The work was done the week they mentioned it would be and they were finished in one day. Every crew member was polite and hard working.My family had recommended them to us because they also had similar experiences!I would also recommend Berkhof’s to anyone!Thanks again!

We contracted to have our house re-shingled in June, 2021. The price was competitive and we were very impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the work crew. We are pleased with the final product and would have no reservation about recommending them.
Berkhof's replaced the shingles on our roof just before we moved in about 10 months ago. When a leak developed in our living room ceiling after heavy and substation rainfall we called them to come take a look, assuming there was a problem with the roof. The owner was with us almost within the hour of our call. He inspected the roof and was satisfied with his company's workmanship. He took the time to explain to my husband where he thought the problem lay. It was with the windows not draining properly. He showed him how to fix the problem and gave him some tips. We were so relieved when that was indeed the problem! And easy and inexpensive solution to what seemed like a big problem. I think he didn't have to take the time to do that for us and yet he did. An incredible ly decent busineas owner who knows his stuff and shares his knowledge and experience willingly to young inexperienced homeowners. Won't bother using anyone else for roofing needs from here on out. These are good people.
Did a repair at a reasonable price. Josh helped cleaning clogged eavestrough and fixed broken downspouts as well without even asked.
